Strawberry chocolate condensed milk ice cream

Only three ingredients needed for this strawberry chocolate condensed milk, fresh and slightly sweet from chocolate condensed milk. Use regular condensed milk if you don't find any sweetened chocolate condensed milk or you can mix half cup condensed milk with half cup chocolate syrup. Ingredients: - 16 oz fresh strawberry - 1/2 cup almond milk/ milk - 1 cup chocolate condensed milk Preparations: Wash,trim and cut fresh strawberry Transfer strawberry into blender or food processor add almond milk or milk and chocolate condensed milk blender or puree strawberry mixed until smooth process in the Ice cream maker until firm ( ice cream consistency )

Dates chocolate and PB balls

The dessert balls it taste so fruity,nutty and rich in chocolate made out of girl scouts   dulche de leche owl  mixed with one bar of chili chocolate ,dates and peanut butter, the good news is I made them in microwave, need only four ingredients and few minutes to make those chocolate balls, set in the fridge until firmed. Ingredients ; - 10 piece seedless date/chop - 1 strip  lindt chili chocolate - 5  dulche de leche owl - 1/2 cup chunk peanut butter Direction: Rough chop chocolate strip and mix with dulche de leche owl in a small bowl, cook in microwave about a minute or so until melted add chopped date and peanut butter,stir until combine,let them cool ready to make a ball using plastic wrap to shape the little balls Put in the fridge before you serve, to get perfect firmed balls.

Cassava pudding

First of all thank you to  Indonesian food blogger  for invite me to this  Idfb challenge #12, Heavenly blush  for sponsor and Omar Niode Foundation  for the challenge idea, and to all Indonesian student who involved with innovation of  Singkong day  and anyone who involved and manage this "singkong-yogurt" challenge. Srikaya Pandan Bread Pudding

SRIKAYA  Coconut jam ,  Srikaya , or  Kaya  ( Malay :  kaya  or  seri kaya ;  Tagalog :  matamís sa báo, matamís na báo,  or  kalamay-hatì ;  Hokkien : 咖吔 ka-iā ) is a  food spread , a  fruit curd  in the general sense, consumed mainly in  Southeast Asia  and made from a base of  coconut  and  sugar . Normally I use srikaya jam just for sandwich ,But two days ago when I start to make whipped cream with pandan flavor, after I whisk for long time it's never get stiff form, I realized  maybe because I use the light cream instead of regular,I only got bubble, But I don't  wasted, I was thinking for awhile,then I decide to make this "pandan srikaya bread pudding" it is already had pandan paste in  cream,just add eggs and other spice ingredients,on the recipe I suggest whisk egg and sugar first before cream !! Cold Mango Souffle

 Ingredients : -2 large mangoes,peeled,pitted and chopped - 2 tbsp water - 1 tbsp kosher gelatin - 2 egg yolk - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 cup milk - grated rind of 1 orange - 1/2 cup heavy cream Preparation : place a few or 2 tbsp chopped mango in the base of each four 2/3 cup ramekins,wrap a greased collar of parchment paper around outside of each dish,extending well above the rim,secure with adhesive tape,then tie tightly with string pour the water into a small heatproof bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the surface,leave for 5 minutes or until spongy,place the bowl in a pan or hot water,stirring occasionally until the gelatin has dissolved meanwhile whisk the egg yolk with the sugar and milk in another heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water and continue to whisk until the mixture is thick remove from the heat and continue whisking until the mixture cools,whisk in the liquid gelatin Pour the remaining mango pieces in a food processor or blender,then fol

Strawberry quesadillas

Quick and easy dessert,is ready less than five minutes with only few ingredients needed if you like Nutella and Strawberry you will like this simple dessert. Ingredients : - 2 sheets large size flour tortillas - 10 fresh hulled strawberry/half of them serve on side if you like. - 2 Tbsp Nutella - 6 pcs s'mores marsh mallows/slices or use small size  Preparation : - wash hull strawberry and slice them,set aside - slice s'mores marsh mallows or you can use smaller one - meanwhile heat fry fan/ flat grill pan on medium high - spread Nutella on one sheet of tortilla flour - arrange strawberry in the middle part and marsh mallows close to the edge,just for a glue. - top with another sheet of flour tortillas on top - heat up on the pan/grill pan for about a minutes or so until marsh mallows is melted,and flip it another a minute,,,,cool for awhile until the chocolate from nuttela get firm again after heated,,,,and slice them,,, ready to serve ,

Mango carrot cake with orange butter frosting

In previous post I mention about clean up the pantry especially the small amount of dry ingredients  that need to use up soon,before getting bad,such as pasta,noodles,nuts etc. This time I will use walnut as one of dry ingredient , We always have carrot and mango in our kitchen,so I made Mango carrot cake. For the *tip* Instead to make frosting use cream coconut curd for filling and frosting. Stuffed Pancake Rolls/Dadar Gulung

Stuffed Pancake Roll is one of traditional Indonesian foods filling with mixed coconut and Palm sugar or brown sugar, we call it "Dadar Gulung" the pancake batter is more like a crepe batter to create a thin pancakes,fill with sweet coconut mixture and Roll it. this recipe adapted from  www.melroseflowers.com Stuffing Ingredients : - 1 1/2 cups fresh grated coconut - 3/4 cup palm sugar / brown sugar - 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp nutmeg - pinch of salt Stuffing: Mix the grated coconut, and palm sugar, cinnamon and salt together. on the sauce pan cook the mixture  over medium/low heat, constantly stirred for approximately 5 minutes,  set it aside.  Pancakes Ingredients : - 1 cup rice flour - 1/2 cup cornstrach - 1 3/4 coconut milk - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 egg, beaten - 3 drop pandan paste - spray oil Preparation for Pancake : Mix the rice flour, cornstarch, coconut milk, ½ tsp. salt, pandan paste/ green coloring and egg into a smooth b

Cabot Greek mango and raspberry parfait

What I love about this Cabot Greek style yogurt is Rich and Creamy and layer with the two of my favorite fruits Mango and Raspberry,it was perfect to me,I can have this for my breakfast,lunch or simple easy dessert :) for 2 serving you will need : - 1 cup Cabot Greek style plan yogurt - 1 mango/ peel and cut in cube - 1/2 cup fresh raspberry - 1 tsp ginger syrup ( optional ) Easy preparation : in the parfait glasses,just layer,2 tbsp of yogurt,mango cube,raspberry,another layer of yogurt,mango and few raspberry on top and sprinkle with one teaspoon of ginger syrup if you like more sweetness.

Warm strawberry cupcakes baked in a teacup

Coconut Pancake with Pineapple

The combination pineapple and coconut it's just perfect on this pancakes, drizzle coconut cream or good coconut milk and salted caramel is a treat, slightly rich and sweet. Unlike regular pancake, I make it thinner and filled with chunk of pineapple and fold them to serve, and it can be served as a dessert too. Rich almond cake

It's our dessert for dinner last night with our friends,I have to make this low carb cake for one my Foodie friend Miss K who strictly low carb diet,I'm glad I found this flourless and butterless cake from a cook book frame>byframe>baking. as you know I'm not good on baking,so this recipe help me to learn more about baking, and this is the first time I make flourless and butterless cake, I'm glad that everyone enjoy this YUMMY almond cake and we had a great time as always :) and of course I share this recipe with you guys !!
