banana nutela cookies

If you have a very ripe banana need to use up soon ,this recipe will be great,I like the way it turn out,it's really good combination and there is no butter in this cookies. Ingredients: - 2 very ripe bananas/plantain - 1 cup nutella ( chocolatte hazelnut spread ) - 1 cup brown sugar - 2 eggs - 2 cup all purpose flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - pinch of salt - 1/2 cup granolla cereal - 1/2  cup oat meal Nutella Glaze 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon Nutella Direction: In a medium bowl, cream together mashed banana, Nutella, brown sugars, and eggs until smooth and fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder,and salt. Add to banana mixture until just blended, then stir in granola and oatmeal.   Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop  spoonfuls cookie dough into  an cookie sheet on parchment pepper Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on pan 5

Banana Rolls

Baked banana roll Ingredients: 2 ripe banana 1 9" pie crusts  2 tbs cream cheese 3 tbs  decorating chocolate 1 tbs melted butter ( this recipe is for 4 banana roll ) for Icing : 1 tbs powder sugar 1 tbs condensed milk 1 tbs caramel sauce Preparation; pre heat oven to 450 F cut banana by two roll it in to  chocolate decoration  set aside roll a pie crusts by square or jut leave the way it is and cut by two,like a in the picture bellow. then,,,,on the pie crusts spread about  1 tsp cream cheese  ( room temperature )  put a cut banana in the top of cream cheese and roll it and fold it on both side,to cover a banana from melted chocolate and cream cheese, then brush with melted butter all around it, put on the bake pan with parchment paper and bake about 10-14 minutes until the crust is golden brown. sprinkles with caramel icing when is still warm,and ready to serve,hot,warm or cold serve with ice cream if you like.
