Baked Yellow rice

As an Indonesian I love fried rice,I always made fried rice whenever I had leftover rice, but this time instead of fry I bake the rice with vegetables and beef sausage as optional, You can make this rice  dish as vegan-vegetarian dish too,just omit the sausage. I use the beef sausage just to use up leftover but you can use any meat sausage you likes, adding sliced baby bella mushrooms in this baked rice is perfect, I recommended especially for vegan or vegetarian. Ingredients : 8 cups cooked rice/cold/leftover 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can butter bean 8 oz slices baby bella mushrooms 6 oz beef sausage/ chicken sausage/estimates  ( optional ) cut in cube 2 cube beef/vegetables bouillon 1 onion/chop 2 clove garlic/chop 2 Tbsp butter plus for grease For the spices ingredients 1 teaspoon cardamom powder 2 inch lemon grass/thinly slices or powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 teaspoon curry powder pinch of black pepper/white pepper 1/2 tsp red pepper flak

corn and cheese fritter

I called it corn frita-cheese A.K.A corn and cheese fritter, fresh sweet corn on the cab mix with flour egg ,herbs and additional white cheddar cheese as a fusion to this Asian dish. Can be serve as side dish or appetizer. Ingredients : - 4 fresh sweet corn on the cob - 5 Tbspall purpose flour - 1 Tbsp rice flour - 2 eggs - 1/4 cup  shredded cheddar cheese - hand full chopped green onion or basil - 1/2 tsp of salt - 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - pinch of black pepper - 1/2 tsp curry powder - 1/4 cup vegetable oil Directions ; Cut corn kernel on the cab, transfer into a bowl mix with  the rest ingredients ( flour,rice flour,eggs,herbs,cheese and seasoning ) mix really well until combine. Heat vegetable oil in the skillet, drop about 2 tablespoon corn mixture batter into hot oil and fry about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown, serve immediately is best.

stuffed mushrooms

 Stuffed baby bella mushrooms  Ingredients : 12 pcs baby bella mushrooms 24 pcs cooked shrimp medium size 1 egg 2 stalk green onion 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp  of salt 1/2 tsp  black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder pinch of nutmeg Preparation : clean mushrooms with paper towel pull out the stem,,,and set aside chopped 12 pcs shrimp  mushrooms stem and green onion to make a batter for the mushroom caps : in the mixing bowl,mix chopped shrimp,mushrooms  green onion and the rest  of ingredients top mushrooms caps with the batter  mix / about  1 tbs each steam about 20-25 minutes,put the rest of shrimp on top of each mushroom served with steam vegetables and soy sauce ( optional ) Stuffed mushroom soy sauce + horseradish wasabi
