Spicy teriyaki tempeh mini sandwich

Looking for finger's food idea for a party this summer? This recipe it's very easy and simple to make,  Fried tempeh marinade with mixed teriyaki and spicy sauce or mild,served in slices bread as mini sandwiches. Can be served as finger's food or appetizers, And you can adjust a taste of spiciness or just simply marinated with teriyaki sauce if you don't like any spicy at all. Ingredients : - 1 block tempeh - 3 Tbsp vegetable oil - 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce - 2 Tbsp hot spicy sauce or mild/  Indonesian ABC hot sauce  or sri racha  Preparations: Cut tempeh into 16 thin slices ( square ) heat vegetable oil fry tempeh until golden brown about a minute each side meanwhile  in medium bowl mix teriyaki and hot sauce until combine Marinated fried tempeh in teriyaki mixed sauce for about 10 minutes Cut slice bread by four or use mini slices bread. ready to make mini sandwiches with marinated tempeh slices.

Spices walnut can be use for salad topping,snack or adding on sandwiches,  mixed walnuts with mixed ground spices and maple syrup or honey for sweet taste, I like a combination salty,spicy and sweet  in this spices walnuts is good to served with fruits like apples,pears. I made pears stack with goat cheese and spice walnuts for appetizer idea. slice pears,goat cheese and topping with spices walnuts Ingredients : - 12 oz Shelled walnuts - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tsp ginger - 1/2 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp nutmeg - 2 Tbsp maple syrup/honey Direction : preheat oven on 350 F In a small bowl combine spice powder together ( salt,pepper,cinnamon,ginger,paprika and nutmeg ) Spice up walnuts with mixed spices powder, Spread walnuts in Baking pan, drizzle with maple syrup evenly, roast/bake about 10-15 minutes.

Blackened shrimp with snap peas

Simple light dinner ideas, blackened shrimp and snap peas is ready in less than ten minutes. You can season the raw shrimp with any dry seasoning you like and serve with any vegetables. Ingredients : Estimates You will need - Raw shrimp - Snap peas - orange ginger seasoning shak'r  or Any dry seasoning you like - 1 teaspoon olive oil In medium heat, Cook seasoned shrimp with a teaspoon olive oil until the shrimp color turn pink about 2-3  minutes each side,meanwhile cook snap peas with little bit water in microwave about 2 minutes. simple light dinner is ready to serve.
