Pasta-Ragus with artichokes cream sauce

Ingredients : - 1 lb egg noodles pasta - 1/2 lb fresh asparagus - 2 clove garlic - 1 cup grilled artichokes in oil - 2 Tbsp oil from  grilled artichokes - salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup light cream Preparation;  Cook egg noodles pasta follow direction on the package,  wash and trim asparagus and cut 2 inch long  chop grill artichokes in oil about 1 cup  while noodles is cook,,,,,,  on the sauce pan heat 2 tablespoon oil from the artichoke jar  grate 2 clove garlic into the sauce pan,add chopped artichokes  add cream and asparagus simmer until asparagus is tender  drain egg noodles pasta and mix it into artichokes cream sauce,,,  ready to serve,,,, GRILLED ARTICHOKES IN OIL available @ COSTCO

Sesame ginger Noodles

Ingredients : - 9 oz/250 gr dried Thin buckwheat  noodles - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted - 1 tbs grated ginger - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce - pinch of sugar - pinch of pepper - top with thinly sliced scallion and carrot if you like Preparation : - Bring a big pan of water to boil add buckwheat noodles and cook according to the package direction,drain and rinse well with cold water - Heat a wok/ fry fan over medium heat with sesame oil - add noodles stir add ginger,garlic powder,soy sauce and pinch of sugar and black pepper and stir in toasted sesame seeds  cook about 2-4 minutes

spaghetti with Artichokes lemon pepper sauce

Holidays season is begin,hope you guys have a great holiday with your family's,friends,co-worker and neighbors etc. I can't believe is almost the end of the year of 2011,time just fly by,to all of you who travel during holiday have a safe trip !!!! Rice noodles in peanut curry sauce

Stir fried rice noodles mixed with vegetables in peanut curry sauce, full with asian flavored, fresh ginger,sesame oil blended with creamy peanut butter soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, use any vegetables you like and top with fried egg if you like. Ingredients :estimates - 8 oz rice noodles - 2 oz snow peas or 2 cup cut fresh green beans - 1 cup celery stalk thinly slice - 1/4 brocolli - 1/2  onion - 2 clove garlic For the sauce : - 2 Tablespoon sesame oil - 1 Tablespoon grated ginger - 2 Tablespoon soy sauce - 1 Tablespoon sweet soy sauce - 1 teaspoon curry powder - 1/4 cup creamy/chunk peanut butter - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 1/2 tespoon white / black pepper Preparation; Cook rice noodles follow the package on the package meanwhile, slice onion and chop garlic,set aside In a small bowl mix all the peanut curry  sauce inggredients until combine On medium heat, in large skillet  fry onion and garlic until fragr

Mie goreng ayam ( chicken fried noodles )

The dish is derived from Chinese  chow mein  and believed to have been introduced by Chinese immigrants in  Indonesia , Malaysia, and Singapore. Mie goreng is also similar to Japanese  yakisoba . However mie goreng has been more heavily integrated into  Indonesian cuisine . Tricolor pasta with creamy pesto shrimp sauce

 I have this tricolor pasta from world market  about a month ago.I like the store, a lot of interesting stuff to buy,not only   Food & Drink , what I like about this egg noodles pasta is the colors and looks like a bird nest,so yeah it's been a month I have to use them, while I clean up my pantry,to check the old stuff !! peanut butter ginger noodles

With brussel sprout I use Indonesian sweet soy sauce ( kecap manis )  in any Asian recipes for stir fry, sauces,slow cooker or soup. For this fried noodles I mix creamy peanut butter with grated ginger spicy sauce and sweet soy sauce creamy and slightly spicy.
