Green tea coconut cream latte

Is nice to have three days off in a row without a plan, So I can do anything I want but I try to keep busy with something I love,cooking and baking in my tiny kitchen. Cardio exercises longer than usual because I love the foods so I have to keep balance between what I ate and exercises regularly it's very important. Anyway after I made  green tea macarons , I treat my self with fist time made simple green tea latte with coconut cream and fresh grated nutmeg as a twist , It was perfect that what I want it and is dairy free as well. Ingredients :  serve for 2 - 2 1/2 cups almond milk - 2 Tbsp matcha green tea - 1  Tbsp honey/sugar - 2 Tbsp coconut cream - pinch of nutmeg Preparation: In a sauce pan heat almond milk until slightly boiling, add  matcha green tea and sugar  or honey whisk until dissolved, pour into two coffee cups add a tablespoon coconut cream on each cup and sprinkle with fresh grated nutmeg as optional stir and ready

Avocado caramel milkshake

Avocado blended with vanilla ice cream,dulche de leche and almond milk or use regular milk if you like, add more cold water to adjust the thickness milkshake, slightly sweet and creamy, refreshing drink for hot summer day. Ingredients : - 1 large avocado - 11/2  cups vanilla ice cream - 2 Tablespoon dulche de leche / caramel sauce - 2 cup almond milk - 1/2 cup ice water Direction : ( Cut avocado in half,remove the seed, scoop avocado with a spoon into blender and mix with the rest ingredients,blender until smooth and creamy add more cold water to adjust the thickness of milkshake )

Raspberry coconut smoothie

Frozen raspberry and raspbery yogurt blend with  macapuno coconut strings/jell  and  lakewood coconut juice and blend , I've never blend those ingredients before it's actually taste good , I add frozen raspberry and raspberry yogurt to balance a taste, smooth and creamy. - 1 cup frozen raspberry - 1/2 cup coconut gell - 1 cup lakewood coconut juice and blend - 1 cup raspberry yogurt (In a blender just blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy )

Mango coconut basil juice

Do you ever have basil in the beverages ?  This mango coconut basil it's worth to try, ripe mango blender with  organic coconut juice blend  and fresh basil, No sugar added, slightly sweet from coconut juice blend ,thick and smell fresh herb it such a healthy juice to start the day. a lot of benefit from the coconut juice blend for health. Ingredients : - 1 mango - 2 cup  Organic coconut juice blend - handful of fresh basil ( In a blender mix all ingredients together until smooth )

Strawberry swis miss smoothie

Still have leftover Swiss miss from the winter ? don't worry you still can use in cold drinks in the summer, any chocolates mixed with strawberry it's always work well together, It's wort to try, Use milk or any dairy free milk if you like. Ingredients : - 1 cup strawberry - 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt - 1/2 cup almond milk - 2 Tablespoon swiss miss chocolate mix ( blender all ingredients until smooth and ready to serve )

Indomilk coffee smoothie

When I visited my country Indonesia about two months ago, I bought couple cans of  Indonesian chocolate sweetened condensed milk , I normally use this condensed milk for pudding or use in any dessert or indonesian way to have hot chocolate just simply mixed with hot water. So this time I try to use in smoothies, chilled coffee blended with chocolate condensed milk,ice cube and plain yogurt or use vanilla ice cream instead. Slightly sweet and creamy, It's perfect drink to wake me up to start my day off :) Ingredients : serve for 2 - 1 1/2 cup chilled brewed coffee - 2 Tbsp  Chocolate sweetened condensed milk - 8 ice cube - 1 cup vanilla yogurt or ice cream ( just blender all ingredients together until smooth and ready to serve )

Hot cocoa spices nutella

Hot chocolate can be made on the stove or microwave, I suggest if you use water instead of milk use microwave is faster, but if you use milk cook on the stove in low heat is better. I spice up  hot chocolate mixed with nutmeg and cinnamon and sweetened with nutella and marshmallow, It's just perfect for fall and cold winter days. Ingredients : - 2 cups milk / Hot water - 2 Tbsp cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp nutella - pinch of nutmeg - pinch of cinnamon - marshmallow Direction : In low heat temperature, in a small sauce pan whisk all ingredients until hot and dissolved and topping with marshmallow. If use water, cook water in microwave until really hot/boiling and add ingredients,stir,until dissolved topping with marshmallow.

Mango ginger juice

The fall weather is still warm here last week, I still enjoying late summer drinks made with mango and ginger flavored, fresh and spice taste from a ginger well blended in mango juice. Ingredients : - 2 fresh mango - 2 Tbsp ginger syrup - 1 inch fresh ginger - 2 cup ice cube - 1 cup cold water ( peel mango and ginger cut in cube, mix all ingredients into blender, blend until smooth and ready to serve )

Banana almond biscoff smoothie

I add a tablespoon biscoff for a sweetness in this thick banana almond  biscoff smoothie, Use frozen or fresh banana with ice,  Next time I will try to make this smoothie with nutella it's sound good :) Ingredients : - 1 frozen banana/ slice - 1/4 cup roasted  slice almond - 1 cup almond milk - 1 tablespoon biscoff spread - 1/2 cup ice if use fresh banana ( Blender all ingredients together until smooth and ready to serve immediately )

Espresso dulche de leche iced coffee

When I saw this jar of espresso dulche de leche at stonewall kitchen store  in Maine, I didn't think twice just grab it and put in the basket, and my mind was thinking caramel ice coffee with espresso dulche de leche. Ingredients : - Fresh hot brewed coffee or cold coffee - Ice cube - 2 Tbsp espresso dulche de leche - creamer or half and half ( If use cold coffee,heat-up in microwave about a minute or so, add espresso dulche de leche,stir until melted add ice cube and creamer or half and half  and ready to serve )

Iced coffee milo

This drink reminded me of my country Indonesia, Milo is very popular back then, I like to serve either way hot or cold. you will need : - milo - instant coffee - warm water - condensed milk - whip cream ( optional ) How to make it : Add 3 tablespoon milo, and 1 teaspoon instant coffee, into 1 cup hot water add 1 tablespoon sweet condensed milk and stir until dissolved add serve over 2-3 cups ice cube.

Watermelon and pineapple citrus slush

Fresh fruits with citrus blended with crushed ice and no sugar added, simple and refreshing for hot summer days. Ingredients : - 2 cups fresh watermelon - 2 cups fresh pineapple - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 1 teaspoon lime zest - 1 teaspoon lime juice - 2-3 cups crushed ice ( Mix all ingredients and blender about 2 minutes or until crushed  and serve immediately )

kumquat key limeade

How to eat kumquat  ( WIKIHOW) A kumquat is a citrus fruit that resembles a smaller, ovular orange. Kumquats grow on trees and are sometimes very bitter when not ripe. They are also the only citrus fruits that can be enjoyed whole -- skin and all. If you want to know how to eat one, follow these steps/in the link above. When I try kumquat the first time, I feel the skin and eat like orange it was wrong, the sour taste is very strong :)  The citrus from the kumquat skin,it's very citrusy, it's great for refreshing drinks idea. You will need : - cold water - fresh key lime juice - stevia sweetener/sugar - ice cube - kumquat juice and  slice ( Estimates )  CANDIED KUMQUAT

Raspberry limeade

Kid friendly,refreshing, easy and ready in few minutes,  I use fresh raspberry juice and stevia  sweetener for a sweetness, squish  fresh raspberry with a small strainer to get a fresh juice. You will need : - 2 lime - 1/2 cup fresh raspberry - 5-6 cups cold water - 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar or natural stevia sweetener if you like - ice cube  ( In a pitcher  squish fresh raspberry with a strainer, mix with lime juice add cold water and sugar or natural stevia sweetener stir until dissolved and ready to serve with ice cube )

Guava red wine mixed drink

Sometime a simple experiment in the kitchen is worth it, I serve this simple refreshing mixed drink for dinner with my friend and she really like it, it's only need three ingredients plus ice cube. Really,,, there is no recipe, just mix red wine and guava juice half and half,splash with lemon juice add ice cube and stir, Ready to serve, Now you have sort of guava sangria :)

Mango green tea smoothie

I'm still using this sweet matcha/green tea ingredients for today blog post, two time in a row :) this time I made mango green tea smoothie,you can switch with any fruits you like, such a blueberry, banana,kiwi and mint,ginger adding spice taste to it too. Ingredients : for 2 serving - 1 mango - 1 cup plan Greek yogurt - 11/2 cups crushed/cube ice - 1/4 cup cold water - 1 tablespoon agave nectar - 2 teaspoon sweet matcha/green tea powder preparation; * peel mango and cut in cube/or use frozen mango blend ingredients together in electric blender, or use auto smoothie button if you have on blender,pour into tall glass and serve immediately.

Mango ginger bellini

For non alcoholic drinker this simple refreshing non-alcohol drink mango ginger bellini is perfect for you, as a refreshing drink for brunch idea, lunch or dinner with your guests. Mango and ginger blended well together, and also mango juice adding slightly sweet to the drink, add ice cube if you like! Ingredients: estimates -  Cold sparkling natural mineral water/ S.Pellegrino or ginger ale - 2 ripe mango or 4 cup frozen mango - 1/2 cup mango juice - 2 inch fresh ginger - 1/2 of lime juice - Ice cube optional Direction : cut ripe mango in cube, peel ginger skin blender mango,ginger,lime juice with mango juice until smooth pour mango mixture into a glass add ice cube,add chil ginger ale or sparkling water Or mix them together stir and chiluntil ready to serve.

Since I'm fasting during the days for Ramadan,I like to have refreshing drinks when I brake my fast,so this kind of drinks is very simple to make and also perfect drinks for hot summer days like these days !! you can use any fruits you like,,, Ingredients : - 1 mango ( peel,pitted and cut in cube ) - 1 cup string coconut in syrup - 3 cup mango juice - 1 cup sparkling water ( perrier ) Just mix all ingredients on the jar or bowl and serve with ice cube !!

Coconut string juice

The basic ingredients in this drinks are coconut water and sweet coconut string macapuno  you can add ripe slices jack fruits,avocado or slices ripe mango if you like. The drinks is very popular in tropical country Indonesia,simple and easy to prepare and only need few ingredients needed, It's perfect cold sweet drinks for hot summer weather. Ingredients; - 1/2 glass of ice cube - 1 1/2  cup coconut water/juice - 1 Tbsp condensed milk - 2 Tbsp young coconut strings -  ripe jack fruits, ripe avocado or diced mango * the coconut strings is sweetened,if you want less sweet just reduce condensed milk to 1 teaspoon per/glass " How to prepare: Simply just mix all ingredients together,stir and served immediately E N J O Y ,,,

Papaya mango crush

Looking for drink recipe idea for hot summer days,this maybe the one you like,papaya with mango juice and crushed ice. Ingredients :  - 3 cups chunk fresh ripe papaya - 1 cups club soda - 2 cups mango juice - 4 cup crushed ice - 1 tbsp lime juice ( blender all ingredients until smooth and ready to serve immediately ) Have a great sunday !!
