Pasta-Ragus with artichokes cream sauce

Ingredients : - 1 lb egg noodles pasta - 1/2 lb fresh asparagus - 2 clove garlic - 1 cup grilled artichokes in oil - 2 Tbsp oil from  grilled artichokes - salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup light cream Preparation;  Cook egg noodles pasta follow direction on the package,  wash and trim asparagus and cut 2 inch long  chop grill artichokes in oil about 1 cup  while noodles is cook,,,,,,  on the sauce pan heat 2 tablespoon oil from the artichoke jar  grate 2 clove garlic into the sauce pan,add chopped artichokes  add cream and asparagus simmer until asparagus is tender  drain egg noodles pasta and mix it into artichokes cream sauce,,,  ready to serve,,,, GRILLED ARTICHOKES IN OIL available @ COSTCO

Tricolor pasta with creamy pesto shrimp sauce

 I have this tricolor pasta from world market  about a month ago.I like the store, a lot of interesting stuff to buy,not only   Food & Drink , what I like about this egg noodles pasta is the colors and looks like a bird nest,so yeah it's been a month I have to use them, while I clean up my pantry,to check the old stuff !! I made simple pasta sauce with it,since I had basil pesto on the fridge need to use them as well... tricolor pasta with creamy pesto shrimp sauce Ingredients : 8 oz tricolor egg pasta nest 1 cup cherry tomato 1 cup cut fresh asparagus/12 stalk Parmesans cheese ( sprinkles ) Pasta sauce Ingredients: 3 tbs basil pesto 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup milk 2 cup cooked shrimp/ tail off serving 3-4 Preparation: Bring pasta to boil,and follow direction on the package on another pan on low heat mix ,basil pesto,heavy cream,milk and cooked shrimp simmer until  boiling and turn of the heat set aside cut cherry tomato in half, microwave cut aspara

Garden Tomato salsa

My little garden is growing :) i had a lot of tomatoes,Thai chili,cilantro and basil need to use them for sure,,,how about simple tomato salsa,,,dipping on the chips or side for nachos :) or topping on pita bread with humus and plan yogurt :)  Is nothing special just a simple garden tomato salsa. Garden Tomato salsa Ingredients 3 fresh tomato /dice 1 jalapeno/chopped 1/2 red onion/chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro/chopped 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbs olive oil 1 tsp salt preparation : for chunky salsa  mix the first 4 ingredients on the mixing bowl,sprinkles with lemon juice,olive oil and salt and stir or you can use food processor  for a smooth salsa ( what u prefer ) from my little garden :) I freeze the chili's for all year round and shared with friends

Basil pesto sauce

Ingredients: 1 cup pine nuts ( roasted ) 3 cup of basil ( sweet and Thai basil ) or u can use only sweet basil 1 cup Parmesan cheese 3 clove garlic  (peel it) 1 cup EVOO ( olive oil ) salt and pepper to taste Directions: in a food processor, blend together basil leaves, nuts, garlic, and cheese. Pour in oil slowly while still mixing. Stir in salt and pepper. Basil pesto sauce

Vegetarian spring rolls

Vegetarian spring rolls are my family and friends favorite, crispy and serve with  lighly spicy homemade peanut sauce. Ingredients : - spring roll pastry/ skin 25 sheet spring rolls skin - half of  medium size cabbage and 1 large carrot shredded ( see a picture bellow ) - 8 oz rice noodle or bean thread noodles (soak in the warm water for about 7 minutes or  until soft) - half of onion ( chopped ) - 3 clove of garlic chopped - 2 Tbsp soy sauce - 1 cube vegetable bouillon - salt and pepper to taste - 1 egg for glue - vegetable oil for fry Direction Heat 4 Tbsp vegetable oil on medium high fry chopped onion and garlic until soft add shredded cabbage and carrot cook until fragrant. and add  soft rice noodle ( already shock) add seasoning with soy sauce and  1/2 tsp salt+ pepper Cut rice noodle and cook until soft fill the spring roll skin with rice noodles mixture about 2 Tablespoon spring,roll it diagonal  and gl
