Nutella sponge cake roll

This nutella sponge cake roll is so light and fluffy, Raspberry cream is perfectly balance the taste. Ingredients: - 6 large eggs room temperature, separated egg yolk and egg whites - 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 4 Tbsp - 3/4 cup nutella Cream filling - 1 cup heavy cream - teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam ( beat until stiff peak ) Direction: Preheat  oven on 350 F Lightly butter sheet pan with spray and flour,lay with parchment paper on top Beat 6 large egg yolk and granulated sugar on high speed Add nutella, beat until combine until silky smooth transfer into large bowl whisk egg white until foamy, add pinch of salt until soft peak add 2 table spoon granulate sugar until stiff peak fold the white egg into egg yolk mixed  little bit at a time do not over mix pour into sheet pan on parchment paper, spread the batter evenly bang the pan  few time to break up the bubble bake into the oven for 15-17 minutes To keep them moist sp

Gluten free peanut butter nutella cookies

I made gluten free version of this standard  peanut butter nutella cookies   I combined coconut flour and rice flour and I use vegetable oil and milk for moisturize the cookie batter instead of butter, It turn out really good it has chewy bite to it, Creaminess of peanut butter and nutella is good combination on these cookies. Ingredients : - 1 whole egg - 3/4 cup sugar - 1/2 cup vegetable oil - 2 eggs yolk - 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter - 3/4 cup nutella - 3/4 cup coconut flour - 1/2 cup rice flour - pinch of salt - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1/4 cup milk Directions ; In a mixer beat one whole egg,sugar and vegetable oil until light and fluffy Add egg yolk one at a time, add creamy peanut butter and nutella and add egg yolk one at a time. Nutella caramel eclairs

I have leftover of dulce de leche / caramel that I need to use up soon,but I don't have enough to make anything with it, So I mix it with nutella to make topping for mini eclairs, It was perfect bite size eclairs with rich combination of caramel and nutella. Pastry: - 8 Tbsp unsalted butter plus extra for greasing - 1 cup water - 1 cup all purpose flour,shifted - 4 eggs, beaten Filling : - 1/2 cup nutella - 1/2 cup dulce de leche / caramel Direction : Preheat the oven to 425 F/220 C grease two baking sheets,Heat the butter and water in a pan until boiling. remove from the heat,quickly tip in the flour and beat until smooth,transfer to a bowl. Pb banana nutella roll-up

If you are a fan of peanut butter and nutella you will like this rolled up,  Especially roll together with banana in warm flour tortilla and drizzle with caramel sauce, Oh it was messy-lycious :) That what I describe about this roll up, messy and delicious :) and you only need few minutes to prep and serve. Ingredients : - 2  sheets flour tortilla - 2 Tablespoon peanut butter ( creamy  or crunchy) - 2 Tablespoon nutella - 2 banana - caramel sauce (optional) Preparations : In a small bowl mix peanut butter and nutella until combine Heat flour tortilla in skillet about 10 second until soft Spread peanut butter nutella mixture on flour tortilla Slice a banana and put on top of spread mixture and roll it, cut in half and drizzle with caramel sauce if you like.

Peanut butter nutella cookies

When I make these cookies I can't stop to try the cookie dough it taste so good creamy, rich and not too sweet, peanut butter and nutella is such a good combination on these cookies, I was thinking maybe add banana next time it sound good. Ingredients : 2 dozen cookies - 1 stick unsalted butter / room temperature - 1/2 cup sugar - 2 egg yolk - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter - 1/2 cup nutella - 1 cup all purpose flour - pinch of salt Directions ; In a mixer beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy add egg yolk one at a time, add creamy peanut butter and nutella add flour with pinch of salt,beat until combine Place cookie dough on plastic wrap and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes Preheat oven on 350 F place parchment paper on baking pan shape the dough into a small balls, put in the baking pan within inch a part bake for 15-18 minutes.

salted caramel nutella macarons

The macaroons filled with two of my favorite ingredients nutella and  salted caramel  simply just mix them together until combine, the consistency is perfect for to fill these macarons,sweet,rich and delicious, I also made  macarons  filling with combination of store-bought ingredients. Ingredients cookies : - 1 cup powdered sugar - 1/2 cup almond flour - 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 egg whites at room temperature - 5 tbsp granulated sugar Filling : 1/2 cup nutella 1/2  smuckers salted caramel Preparations : - Line two cookies sheet with parchment paper combine powdered sugar,almond flour and cocoa powder in a food processor,pulse into fine powder sift mixture into medium bowl,discard large pieces - beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until foamy,gradually add 5 tbsp granulated sugar,beating at high speed 2-3 minutes or until mixture foam stiff,shiny peaks - add half of flour mixture to egg white

Nutella cheesecake pie

What I like about this no bake nutella cheesecake is the pie crust and is very easy to make. I add marshmallow with melted butter and stir into  Graham cracker crumbs   to make solid, gooey pie crust. Cream cheese and nutella has rich flavor so I made this pie really thin but you can make thicker if you like. Ingredients : - 2 cup graham cracker crumbs - 2 Tbsp melted butter - 2 cups marshmallow - 8 oz cream cheese / room temperature - 1/4 cup nutella Directions: - In a medium bowl heat the butter in microwave about 20 second or until melted remove. Add marshmallow and stir,back into microwave, and heat for less than a minutes or until melted, stir immediately and pour cracker crumbs into melted marshmallow stir evenly until the crumbs stick together. Transfer into 9 inch round pan, and fresh them evenly, put in the fridge Meanwhile, In a mixer beat cream cheese and nutella until combine, pour into pie crust and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes or so and read

Strawberry and nutella roll up

This strawberry and nutella  roll up dessert is super easy to make and only few ingredients needed, you can even heat tortilla in microwave in few second or heat up in skillet for less than a minute, either way don't take much time to prepare. Or you can make this  strawberry quesadilla  with the same ingredients. Ingredients: one roll up - 1 sheet flour tortilla - 1 Tablespoon nutella - 1 Tablespoon marshmallow cream - 3 fresh strawberry/slice Preparations: Heat flour tortilla in microwave for 5 second or in skillet for less than a minute Spread nutella and marshmallow cream on tortilla arrange sliced strawberry in two row within inch a part Roll it, slice it and ready to serve.

Hot cocoa spices nutella

Hot chocolate can be made on the stove or microwave, I suggest if you use water instead of milk use microwave is faster, but if you use milk cook on the stove in low heat is better. I spice up  hot chocolate mixed with nutmeg and cinnamon and sweetened with nutella and marshmallow, It's just perfect for fall and cold winter days. Ingredients : - 2 cups milk / Hot water - 2 Tbsp cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp nutella - pinch of nutmeg - pinch of cinnamon - marshmallow Direction : In low heat temperature, in a small sauce pan whisk all ingredients until hot and dissolved and topping with marshmallow. If use water, cook water in microwave until really hot/boiling and add ingredients,stir,until dissolved topping with marshmallow.

Cassava pudding

First of all thank you to  Indonesian food blogger  for invite me to this  Idfb challenge #12, Heavenly blush  for sponsor and Omar Niode Foundation  for the challenge idea, and to all Indonesian student who involved with innovation of  Singkong day  and anyone who involved and manage this "singkong-yogurt" challenge. Cassava  and Yogurt   two Ingredients that seem not work well together and I never had experiment with. I try to created  the first dish in baking technique but it's not work out. Then I try again with other technique"boiling and puree" and come up with this dessert cassava pudding, Cassava puree mixed with cream and yogurt add nutella for sweetness, I skip the egg on the list ingredients because starch consistency from cassava , I need only five ingredients. Avocado Nutella mousse

Do you ever have avocado for dessert ? In Indonesia we normally use avocado for sweet dishes like this  Avocado juice  or mixed drinks  Coconut string juice with avocado   perfect drinks for hot summer weather. The creaminess from mixed avocado and heavy cream make this avocado mousse taste so smooth and creamy. Ingredients : serve for 2-3 - 2 ripe avocado - 2 Tbsp nutella - 2 Tbsp condensed milk - 2 Tbsp heavy cream - top with chocolate peanut crunch or whipped cream as optional ( just blender all ingredients together until well mixed ) * you can served immediately or chill in the fridge about an hour is best*

Banana Nutella bundtcake

Hi everyone,,,, First of all is not to late to say Happy new year to all of you :)  Wish you all have a great year 2013 !! It's been awhile since my last post :)  I miss to share my  recipes with you guys, I will start to post again at least once a week, I try :)  Ingredients : - 2 stick unsalted butter/room temperature - 3/4 cup sugar - 1 cup nutella - 4 eggs/room temperature - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 2 ripe banana/cut into slices Dry ingredients - 2 cup all purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp ground clove - pinch of salt ( shift all dry ingredients together ) preparation : Preheat the oven on 350 F spray bundtcake pan with baking spray Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy add eggs one at a time, add nutella,vanilla and slice banana add mixed dry ingredients,and continue to beat until well mixed pour the batter into the bundtcake pan and bake  for about 50 minutes to an hour o

banana nutela cookies

If you have a very ripe banana need to use up soon ,this recipe will be great,I like the way it turn out,it's really good combination and there is no butter in this cookies. Ingredients: - 2 very ripe bananas/plantain - 1 cup nutella ( chocolatte hazelnut spread ) - 1 cup brown sugar - 2 eggs - 2 cup all purpose flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - pinch of salt - 1/2 cup granolla cereal - 1/2  cup oat meal Nutella Glaze 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon Nutella Direction: In a medium bowl, cream together mashed banana, Nutella, brown sugars, and eggs until smooth and fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder,and salt. Add to banana mixture until just blended, then stir in granola and oatmeal.   Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour. sweet potato chocolate pudding

Sweet potato blended with cocoa, nutella and cream, a dessert pudding experiment it's turn out really well, so I ve been make this dessert so many time, I did try with regular potato but sweet potato/yam is better for this pudding recipe. Ingredients : - 4 medium  sweet potatoes/ peel and cut in cube - 1 egg - 2 Tbsp sugar - 1 Tbsp cocoa - 2 Tbs hazelnut spread/nutella - 1/4 cup milk - 1/4 cup heavy cream PREPARATION Boil  sweet potatoes until soft,transfer to food processor/blender with milk, put back on the boil pan add remaining ingredients : sugar,cocoa, hazelnut spread/nutella and egg, stir really fast with spatula ( make sure egg mix really well )   add heavy cream, stirring about few minutes until about boiling,then transfer to individual small bowl ,put in the fridge for about 2 hours or until cold,  served with whipped cream on top.
