Strawberry quesadillas

Quick and easy dessert,is ready less than five minutes with only few ingredients needed if you like Nutella and Strawberry you will like this simple dessert. Ingredients : - 2 sheets large size flour tortillas - 10 fresh hulled strawberry/half of them serve on side if you like. - 2 Tbsp Nutella - 6 pcs s'mores marsh mallows/slices or use small size  Preparation : - wash hull strawberry and slice them,set aside - slice s'mores marsh mallows or you can use smaller one - meanwhile heat fry fan/ flat grill pan on medium high - spread Nutella on one sheet of tortilla flour - arrange strawberry in the middle part and marsh mallows close to the edge,just for a glue. - top with another sheet of flour tortillas on top - heat up on the pan/grill pan for about a minutes or so until marsh mallows is melted,and flip it another a minute,,,,cool for awhile until the chocolate from nuttela get firm again after heated,,,,and slice them,,, ready to serve ,

Warm strawberry cupcakes baked in a teacup

Thank you to Mary mitchell barnett for this homemade strawberry jam,I just have a chance to use up for the right recipe that I found from Cupcakes cookbook by Susanna Tee, I slightly change little bit with the ingredients I had for this recipe. top with whole strawberry is recommended if you like.  Ingredients: - 8 tbsp softened,plus extra for greasing - 4 Tbsp strawberry jam - 1/2 cup sugar - 2 eggs lightly beaten - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 3/4 cup self-raising white flour - fresh strawberry for topping ( optional ) - confectioner's for dusting Preparation : * preheat the oven to 350 degree F,grease six heavy ,round teacup with butter,spoon 2 teaspoon strawberry jam in the bottom of each teacup * put the butter and sugar in the bowl and beat together until light and fluffy,gradually add the eggs,beating well after each addition,then add the vanilla extract,sift in the flour and using large metal spoon,fold it into the mixture,spoon the butter into the

Baked strawberry tartlets

I love fresh strawberry in any season, but if I have leftover strawberry it doesn't look fresh anymore, I normally blend with any fruits to make juice or blend with yogurt. This time I had an idea to make a small dessert, strawberry wrapped with pie crust brush with melted butter and baked until crusty or golden brown drizzle with melted chocolate because can't go wrong. Ingredients; - 1 sheet  store bought pie crust - 14 fresh strawberries - 2 Tbsp melted butter Preparation Cut pie crust  round with  cookie / biscuit cutter medium size or depend how large of strawberry One sheet pie crust equal 14 round, brush with melted butter *See a picture above* Then wrap around a strawberry with cut round pie crust *see picture above Then brush wrap pie crust with melted butter one more time Put on the baking pan with parchment paper Bake on 400 F  oven for 12-15 minutes  or until pie crust  golden brown  Melted chocolate - 1 bar 4 oz  semi-sweet cho
