Chicken pot pie in cauliflower cheese bowl

You can fill this beautiful cauliflower cheese bowl with any creamy soup like chicken pot pie, creamy mushroom soup or any chowders soup, Perfect meal for fall season. You can use any cheese you like, I use sharp cheddar to add the color to cauliflower bowl. To all my blogger friends,reader and visitor Thank You All for comments and visiting my blog in  2013,  Happy New Year, Wish you all the best 2014, looking forward to share more recipes with you all. Here is the latest recipes for this year, Thin slice chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and  Gorgonzola cheese crumbled and rolled, seasoned with lemon pepper mixed and sun dried tomato pesto. Baked Citrus Chicken

Wish me Luck,I have to go to French Embassy in Washington DC today for Schengen Visa interview for a short visit to Europe this Summer. I mention in my previous post about this baked Citrus chicken recipe that I served with Roasted potatoes and leeks Ingredients : - 4 boneless chicken breast - 1/2 cup orange juice - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 2 tbsp orange zest - 5 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp lemon pepper spice blend - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Preparations : Preheat oven on 375 F season boneless chicken breast with salt and pepper and put into glass bake ware mix orange juice,lemon juice,olive oil,orange zest,lemon pepper spice blend and red pepper flakes whisk it and pour into chicken breast make sure is the orange juice mixture evenly spread into the chicken,,, bake about 45- 50 minutes.

Pineapple Mango Chicken salad

Ingredients: 1 cup chunk fresh pineapple 1 cup chunk fresh mango 1 can chunk chicken breast/12,5 oz 2 tbs pomegranate seed  2 stalk scallion/green onion thinly sliced 2 tbsp chopped cilantro ( just mix them together in to a big salad bowl ) Dressing ingredients : 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp fresh pomegranate juice 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/2 tbsp of lemon zest 1/2 tbsp honey pinch of garlic powder pinch of red pepper flakes  ( on the small bowl just mixed and whisk all dressing ingredients until combine ) pour salad dressing into chicken salad mix,stir until combine ready to serve as a salad or on sandwiches,,,, E n J o Y,,,and Have a great weekend !!!

Tofu Chicken Roulade

Tofu Chicken Roulade Normally I cook tofu as vegetarian recipe but this time I mixed tofu with meat/ground chicken just a try. unlike my beef asparagus roulade recipe Ridwan's Kitchen / Asian-spice mix: Beef asparagus roulade , this tofu and chicken have to be grounded,just like how to prepare to make a meatloaf,except I have chicken hot dog/franks in the middle :) Tofu chicken Roulade Ingredients: 1 block tofu soft/firm 12 oz 1 lb ground chicken 4 egg 4 chicken franks/hot dog 4 stalk green onion ( chopped ) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika powder Preparation : Heat oven on 400 degree F beat 3 egg and season with salt and pepper heat 1 tsp butter on medium low and make two thinly omelet,set aside ground tofu by fork until grounded,mix with ground chicken add chopped green onion/scallion add 1 egg lightly beaten add,salt,pepper,garlic powder and paprika powder mix them well until combine and divide tofu mixture by two ...

Asian Chicken salad

Asian chicken salad Ingredients : estimates 1 cooked chicken breast slice/grilled/blackened/ u can use chicken tender Iceberg lettuce Napa cabbage English cucumber 1 small tomato ( optional ) 1 cup won ton chips ( or use mix green salad ) After eat a lot of rich dessert during holiday  these oranges is my dessert   :) Dressing ingredients 1  Tbs lime juice 2  Tbs soy sauce 1  tsp fish sauce 1  Tbs grated ginger 1  Tbs honey 1  Tbs sesame oil 2  Tbs chopped cilantro 2  Tbs chopped peanut ( optional ) ( whisk all ingredients until combine  and pour in to salad mixed) Happy Monday  everyone and have a great week ahead !!!

Risoles

Rissoles are Indonesian snack, called  risol  (pronounced 'riss-ol'). They are commonly filled with chicken, egg, carrot, common bean, potato, and eaten with  chilli sauce  ( wikipedia ) Can be cook plain without bread crumbs, If use bread crumbs you will need egg wash for glue Coated with bread crumbs Use mashed potato or substitute with flour to thickened chicken mixture. Mie goreng ayam ( chicken fried noodles )

The dish is derived from Chinese  chow mein  and believed to have been introduced by Chinese immigrants in  Indonesia , Malaysia, and Singapore. Mie goreng is also similar to Japanese  yakisoba . However mie goreng has been more heavily integrated into  Indonesian cuisine .
