Ingredients: - 2 very ripe bananas/plantain - 1 cup nutella ( chocolatte hazelnut spread ) - 1 cup brown sugar - 2 eggs - 2 cup all purpose flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - pinch of salt - 1/2 cup granolla cereal - 1/2 cup oat meal Nutella Glaze 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon Nutella Direction: In a medium bowl, cream together mashed banana, Nutella, brown sugars, and eggs until smooth and fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder,and salt. Add to banana mixture until just blended, then stir in granola and oatmeal. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
