banana nutela cookies

If you have a very ripe banana need to use up soon ,this recipe will be great,I like the way it turn out,it's really good combination and there is no butter in this cookies. Ingredients: - 2 very ripe bananas/plantain - 1 cup nutella ( chocolatte hazelnut spread ) - 1 cup brown sugar - 2 eggs - 2 cup all purpose flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - pinch of salt - 1/2 cup granolla cereal - 1/2  cup oat meal Nutella Glaze 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon Nutella Direction: In a medium bowl, cream together mashed banana, Nutella, brown sugars, and eggs until smooth and fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder,and salt. Add to banana mixture until just blended, then stir in granola and oatmeal.   Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop  spoonfuls cookie dough into  an cookie sheet on parchment pepper Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on pan 5

Salted caramel cookies

WITH GROUNDED PEANUT With grounded peanut Ingredients : - 3 stick unsalted butter ( room temperature ) - 1/2 cup sugar - 4 egg yolk - 4 cup flour - 1 cup ground peanut  or  almond flour - 8 Tbsp milk - 1 Tbsp vanilla extract Topping 1 egg wash + 2 tablespoon milk ( whisk egg yolk and milk ) 3 tablespoon sugar Salted caramel frosting : 1 tablespoon milk 2 tablespoon caramel 3 tablespoon powder sugar 2 tablespoon salted caramel cocoa ( mix them well until combine ) Preparation: Pre heat oven on 350 degree F Beat butter and sugar until soft and fluffy add egg yolk one at  time add flour and ground peanut or almond flour add milk and vanilla beat for a while or just stir with spatula until combine sprinkles flour on kitchen board,roll the cookie dough about 1/2 inch thick brush with egg wash and sprinkles with sugar put on the baking pan on parchment paper bake about 22-25 minutes,,, cool it for a while,and c
