Wish me Luck,I have to go to French Embassy in Washington DC today for Schengen Visa interview for a short visit to Europe this Summer.
I mention in my previous post about this baked Citrus chicken recipe that I served with Roasted potatoes and leeks
Ingredients :
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper spice blend
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Preparations :
Preheat oven on 375 F
season boneless chicken breast with salt and pepper and put into glass bake ware
mix orange juice,lemon juice,olive oil,orange zest,lemon pepper spice blend and red pepper flakes
whisk it and pour into chicken breast make sure is the orange juice mixture evenly spread into the chicken,,,
bake about 45- 50 minutes.

This chicken looks fabulous! Love the citrus flavors. And beautiful plating!
