Ingredients : 8 biscuits
- butter, for greasing
- 2 3/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil,drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup milk plus extra for glazing
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 425 F / 220 c
Sift the flour, salt and pepper into a bowl and rub in the butter evenly with your fingers.
Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and feta then stir in just enough milk to make a soft smooth dough.
Roll out on a floured surface to 1 1/4 inch/6 cm squares, place on the baking sheet and brush with milk
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes,until golden brown.
