peanut butter ginger noodles
With brussel sprout
For this fried noodles I mix creamy peanut butter with grated ginger spicy sauce and sweet soy sauce creamy and slightly spicy.
This stir fry noodles good with any vegetables you like or you have on hand especially brussel sprout or brocolli it was delicious.
1 lb egg noodles ( follow cooking direction on the package )
mix slices vegetables such a broccoli,cabbage,brussels sprout, /estimates
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 shallots / chop
1 clove garlic / chop
2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbs sweet soy sauce/tsp brown sugar
1 teaspoon hot sauce / sri racha/ ABC ( Indonesian hot sauce )
Cook egg noodles follow direction in the package,set aside
meanwhile to make a sauce in a small bowl mix creamy peanut butter with grated ginger
soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and hot spicy sauce stir with spoon until well mixed
In the skillet heat sesame oil on medium high
sauteed onion,garlic and ginger until fragrant
add slices vegetables,stir and cook about 3 minutes
add cooked noodles and add sauce mixture and cook for another 3 minutes,stir evenly
and ready to serve,immediately !
