Indomie"my way"/ instant noodles

Indomie is an instant noodles product line made under the Indomie brand by the Indofood company, the world's largest instant noodle manufacturer, located in Indonesia. The product entered the market in 1982 and is available in many parts of the world including the US, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Middle East and China.[1] Variants of this dish include serving it with shrimp and scallions,[2]omelette[3] or with Peri Peri sauce.[4]  ( WIKIPEDIA )











Instant noodle can be variates,You can create Instant noodle into dishes you like, I like to use Indonesian Instant noodles for salad or create a dinner meal with it,like this crunchy noodles square topped with vegetables and herb.




Ingredients:

make 2 square instant noodle
2 package indomie or any instant noodle
2 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 package indomie seasoning/Instant noodle seasoning
1 tablespoon butter


preparation;
whisk egg,milk and indomie seasoning  until well mixed
dipp into egg mixture



heat butter and oil seasoning from a package
fry until golden brown both side







Topping with acar timun or any thinly slice raw vegetables,cucumber,red onion or lettuce.

roasted sweet potato and tomato soup

This roasted sweet potato and tomato soup can be prepare as dairy free soup, just skip the sour cream and replace with coconut milk. I like spicy on the soup so I add hot chili and roasted together with the rest ingredients, if you don't like spicy at all you can skip the chili as well or just add pinch of red pepper flakes Serve with fresh store bought french baguette or toast.
