Avocado Deviled Eggs

Have a great weekend everyone,,, If you like deviled eggs try this avocado devile egg recipe,it's easy and simple. Ingredients : - 5 hard boiled egg - 1 ripe Has avocado - 2 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tbsp honey mustard - pinch of curry powder Preparation : Slice egg in half lenghtwise, remove egg yolk put in the small bowl. Cut avocado in half,dice really small mash egg yolk with fork,add mayonnaise,honey mustard,curry powder and dice avocado,slighty mash until all ingredients combine,spoon egg yoll avocado mixture  evenly into egg white,sprinkle with ground paprika if you like,, E N J O Y ,,,

Fish Tempura in sweet spicy ginger sauce

This fish tempura can be served as appetizer or dinner meal with jasmine rice and side of vegetables with a simple sweet spicy ginger sauce  Ingredients : - 4  Tilapia fillets - 1 cup tempura batter mix - 3/4 cup cold water - vegetable oil for fry - green onion/scalion/ optional for the sauce  ingredients : - 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce - 1 tablespoon grated ginger - 1/2 teaspoon  garlic powder - 2 Thai chili/ chopped - 1 teaspoon lemon zest - 1 teaspoon lemon juice pinch of salt preparation : - on the fry pan heat vegetable oil in medium high temperature until reach 350 degree F - cut fish/tilapia in to strip,season with salt and pepper,set aside - mix tempura flour with cold water ( follow the direction on the package )  - drop fish stick in to tempura batter mix - fry about 2-3 minutes each side until looks golden brown - mix all sauce ingredient,simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes - pour in to tempura fried fish - serve immediately a

Grape with Goat cheese and walnut

Holidays season is coming up, this simple grape and goat cheese walnut is perfect for any finger food party idea or potluck with family and friends, can be prepare overnight one day ahead stored covered in the fridge. I got the recipe from costco cook books, I wanted to share with you all as an idea for holiday's food party. Ingredients : -  8 oz cream cheese -  8 oz goat cheese -  salt ( optional ) - 1 pound divine flavor red or green seedless grapes - 8 oz walnuts,finely chopped Preparations : Combine cream cheese and goat cheese,mix until well blended if desired add a pinch of salt thoroughly wash grapes and dry them well Coat each grape with the cheese mixture,roll in chopped walnuts to coat Tip : these can be prepared one day ahead and stored covered,in the refrigerator. Goat cheese lemon's spread

Goat cheese lemon's spread. Leftover store bought bread, leftover goat cheese,arugula,sliced cucumber and cherry tomato from the garden so, turn into crostini with an experiment  goat cheese spread. Ingredients for goat cheese lemon's spread : 4 Tbsp goat cheese 1 TbsP lemon juice 1 tsp grate lemon zest 2 Tbs golden raisin 1 tsp avocado oil ( On a small bowl just mix all ingredients until combine ) and spread on the sliced bread /toast bread E N J O Y ,,,,

Goi Cuon- Shrimp Spring rolls/Vietnamese cold spring rolls

Goi Cuon - Shrimp Springrolls  Freshly wrapped in rice paper with vermicelli, lettuce, cucumber, carrot basil and  cilantro,served with peanut sauce This appetizer menu,is one of my favorite from Vietnamese cuisine,it is healthy food and taste really good with peanut sauce. I made this for dinner tonight :) Goi cuon Ingredients : 1 package Rice paper wrapper big size  cooked shrimp/ one on each roll/estimates 4 oz vermicelli/rice noodles bunch of lettuce half of English cucumber 1 carrot buch of fresh Thai basil bunch of cilantro sauce ingredients : 1/2 cup ground unsalted peanut 2 tbs sweet soy sauce 1 tbs sesame oil 1 tbs soy sauce 1 tsp fish sauce 1 tbs hot sauce/sriracha/what u prefer ( optional ) 2 tbs lime juice 1 tbs grated ginger 1/2 tsp garlic powder ( just whisk it together until combine )  Preparation : soak vermicelli/rice noodle on the water about 8 minutes/follow direction on the package and set aside make sure clean all vegetable ingr

Fried Calamari tempura

First of all  I would like to say Thank you to my best friend cindy and bridget for a pair of gorgeous plate and bowl, I like it so much,you will see what i create on the plate and i will use the bowl later for sure :) Calamari tempura in tomato spicy sauce Ingredients : 400 gr clean squid with tentacles about 8 pcs 6 oz tempura batter mix ( half package  a picture  bellow) 3/4 cup cold water vegetable oil for fry about 2-3 cups tomato spicy sauce ingredients : 1 tomato 1 shallot 1 clove garlic handful  cilantro 1 tbs olive oil ( chop all sauce ingredients into blender until combine ) no add salt,because tempura batter mix is already had salt in it simmer on the sauce pan for about 3 minutes or until hot preparation: On deep fry pan heat vegetable oil until temperature reach 350 degree F cut  squid into  1/3-1/2 inch  thick rings, use tentacles if you like mix tempura batter with cold water dip squid into tempura batter mix , drop into Hot oil about 8 ring

Vegetarian spring rolls

Vegetarian spring rolls are my family and friends favorite, crispy and serve with  lighly spicy homemade peanut sauce. Ingredients : - spring roll pastry/ skin 25 sheet spring rolls skin - half of  medium size cabbage and 1 large carrot shredded ( see a picture bellow ) - 8 oz rice noodle or bean thread noodles (soak in the warm water for about 7 minutes or  until soft) - half of onion ( chopped ) - 3 clove of garlic chopped - 2 Tbsp soy sauce - 1 cube vegetable bouillon - salt and pepper to taste - 1 egg for glue - vegetable oil for fry Direction Heat 4 Tbsp vegetable oil on medium high fry chopped onion and garlic until soft add shredded cabbage and carrot cook until fragrant. and add  soft rice noodle ( already shock) add seasoning with soy sauce and  1/2 tsp salt+ pepper Cut rice noodle and cook until soft fill the spring roll skin with rice noodles mixture about 2 Tablespoon spring,roll it diagonal  and gl
