Grape with Goat cheese and walnut



Holidays season is coming up, this simple grape and goat cheese walnut is perfect for any finger food party idea or potluck with family and friends, can be prepare overnight one day ahead stored covered in the fridge.
I got the recipe from costco cook books, I wanted to share with you all as an idea for holiday's food party.








Ingredients :
-  8 oz cream cheese
-  8 oz goat cheese
-  salt ( optional )
- 1 pound divine flavor red or green seedless grapes
- 8 oz walnuts,finely chopped


Preparations :
Combine cream cheese and goat cheese,mix until well blended
if desired add a pinch of salt
thoroughly wash grapes and dry them well
Coat each grape with the cheese mixture,roll in chopped walnuts to coat
Tip : these can be prepared one day ahead and stored covered,in the refrigerator.

I got the same book from costco and I saw this recipe and thought what an interesting appetizer. I'm so glad you tried it. :) You did a great job. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other recipes. I love that they gave a recipe book free... :)
