The grilled shrimp taco is easy to make and ready to served in 15 minutes, just simply season fresh large shrimp skin and tail off sprinkle with taco seasoning and olive oil, and cook in flat grill pan or skillet for few minutes,ready to served in tortilla with arugula and homemade mango salsa and drizzle with spicy mayo.
Ingredients : 4 taco's
- 12 raw large shrimps tail off
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning/old Elpaso
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 sheet yellow corn tortilla
- arugula
- Mango strawberry salsa or Mango pineaple salsa
- spicy mayonnaise ( mayo mixed with any hot sauce/sriracha )
Preparation :
Wash shrimps remove the skin and tail off, sprinkle with taco seasoning and olive oil evenly and mix it.
Heat flat grill pan or skillet on medium high temperature,cook shrimps about 2 minutes each side,until the color is change,set aside
Heat tortillas in microwave or grill pan for few second

ReplyDeleteThis is a great southwestern dish. Being in Texas there is quite a big of dishes made from chicken and beef, so the seafood is a nice change-especially if it is shrimp. No doubt you had one delicious meal-yum! Hope you are enjoying the weekend!
