spaghetti with Artichokes lemon pepper sauce

Holidays season is begin,hope you guys have a great holiday with your family's,friends,co-worker and neighbors etc.
I can't believe is almost the end of the year of 2011,time just fly by,to all of you who travel during holiday have a safe trip !!!!


Spaghetti serve with fish,why not :) it's all about lemon pepper on this meal,I made Tilapia lemon pepper,and artichokes lemon pepper spaghetti sauce
Pre heat oven on 350 degree F
brush tilapia fillet with melted butter
sprinkles with lemon pepper spice blend
bake 15-20 minutes



Ingredients :
1 package barilla Thin Spaghetti ( any brand )

sauce ingredients: yield for 2-4 serve
2 tbs unsalted butter
1 clove garlic (chop )
1 cup cooked grill artichokes ( chop )
11/2 tbs lemon pepper spice blend
1 tsp lemon grate
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup milk
topping :
Parmesan cheese
basil


Preparation :
cook spaghetti follow direction on the package
mix all sauce ingredient,simmer until cook/ boiling
drain spaghetti,mix them with the sauce until combine
topping with Parmesan cheese and basil serve with baked tilapia

  6. I like this version of spaghetti you made though I am not really a spaghetti person, you know being Asian, I simply love my nasi.

    But the fish pieces seems very interesting and I will just for this.

  12. Looks delicious. I have yet to try tilapia but it's on my list. Huge fish lovers here. We can't do seafood but fish is okay so we eat it often. I love the way you mixed up the ingredients on this one. I love a sense of adventure in a cook.
