Goat cheese lemon's spread

Goat cheese lemon's spread.
Leftover store bought bread, leftover goat cheese,arugula,sliced cucumber and cherry tomato from the garden so, turn into crostini with an experiment  goat cheese spread.


Ingredients for goat cheese lemon's spread :
4 Tbsp goat cheese
1 TbsP lemon juice
1 tsp grate lemon zest
2 Tbs golden raisin
1 tsp avocado oil
( On a small bowl just mix all ingredients until combine )
and spread on the sliced bread /toast bread
