Salmon cake

Salmon cake


1 fillet salmon  8 oz yield for 4 pcs of salmon cakes, just cook on 1 tbs olive oil about 2 minutes each side then crumbled it
and add seasoning ingredients;
1 egg
2 tbs panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onion
6 caper ( chopped really fine )
1 tbs mayonnaise
about 4 drop worcestershire sauce
black pepper to taste
( old bay seasoning will be great  if you have it )
just mixed really well





divide by four , Heat 1 tbs butter  on low heat
cooked about 3 minutes each side or until golden brown
and ready to put on the bun

I served with  baked potato sticks
potato cut sticks
drizzled with olive oil
sprinkles with rosemary garlic blend seasoning
and baked on 375 f for about 20-25 minutes

roasted sweet potato and tomato soup

This roasted sweet potato and tomato soup can be prepare as dairy free soup, just skip the sour cream and replace with coconut milk. I like spicy on the soup so I add hot chili and roasted together with the rest ingredients, if you don't like spicy at all you can skip the chili as well or just add pinch of red pepper flakes Serve with fresh store bought french baguette or toast.
