Salmon cake

Salmon cake

1 fillet salmon  8 oz yield for 4 pcs of salmon cakes, just cook on 1 tbs olive oil about 2 minutes each side then crumbled it
and add seasoning ingredients;
1 egg
2 tbs panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onion
6 caper ( chopped really fine )
1 tbs mayonnaise
about 4 drop worcestershire sauce
black pepper to taste
( old bay seasoning will be great  if you have it )
just mixed really well

divide by four , Heat 1 tbs butter  on low heat
cooked about 3 minutes each side or until golden brown
and ready to put on the bun

I served with  baked potato sticks
potato cut sticks
drizzled with olive oil
sprinkles with rosemary garlic blend seasoning
and baked on 375 f for about 20-25 minutes

Was a great dinner. There was a mango cheesecake in the oven that we could not eat :(

My son loves salmon cakes, and it's the best way to feed kid's salmon, isn't it? :) I will definitely try your version :)
