Basil pesto sauce


Ingredients:
1 cup pine nuts ( roasted )
3 cup of basil ( sweet and Thai basil ) or u can use only sweet basil
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 clove garlic  (peel it)
1 cup EVOO ( olive oil )
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
in a food processor, blend together basil leaves, nuts, garlic, and cheese. Pour in oil slowly while still mixing. Stir in salt and pepper.

The flounder pesto adds a whole new dimension to pesto. One of those dishes that doesn't take anything like the ingedients used to make it.
