Chicken ginger teriyaki


A very simple recipe with only short list ingredients, just mixing ingredients seasoning for the sauce and  pour evenly to the chicken pieces,let them marinated for about 30 minutes and cook for another 20 minutes or so, this delicious tasty chicken ginger teriyaki will be ready with in an hour, Served with steamed rice,noodle dish  and simple Acar timun.





Ingredients :
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger/grated
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce ( optional )

Preparations :
Cut boneless chicken breast in bite size, put in a mixing bowl,set aside
mix all the sauce ingredients ( teriyaki sauce,ginger,sesame oil,garlic powder and hot sauce ) whisk until combine, Pour into chicken let them marinate  for about 30 minutes,

Heat skillet on medium heat, cook the chicken, turn into low heat,stir frequently let them cook until golden brown for about 15-20 minutes.
