Banana white chocolate muffins

I made this banana white chocolate muffins for family and friend yesterday morning, the white chocolate morsel adding rich sweetness to the muffins and well blended with banana, I definitely will make it again.




Ingredients:


- 2 stick unsalted butter room temperature
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon clove powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2  ripe banana
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels/toll house by nestle


Direction :

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees 
  2. In a large bowl, combine self raising flour,ginger powder,clove and cinnamon powder, In a separate bowl, 
  3. In a stand mixer cream together room temperature  butter and brown sugar. Add egg one at a time and vanilla extract
  4. Slice banana,add into butter mixture,stir and add flour mixture, stir just to moisten add white chocolate morsel and stir. fill muffins liner about 3/4  make about 18-20 medium size muffins
  5. Bake in preheated oven for  22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of muffins out clean. Let them cool and ready to serve.

Coconut pandan Muffins

Ingredients : yield 16-18 muffins - 2 stick unsalted butter softened - 1 cup sugar - 4 eggs - 1+1/2 cup self rising flour - 1+ 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut - 1/2 tsp pandan paste  Preparation : Preheat oven on 350 degree F beat butter and sugar until fluffy add egg one at a time add flour,coconut and pandan paste,just beat until all ingredients combine scoop in to muffin's cup,make about 18 -20 muffins ready to bake into the oven about 25 minutes or until insert tootpick come clean Add caption E N J O Y ,,,,

Hard boil egg meatloaf and my second Award

This maybe sound funny,boil egg in the meatloaf, but hey this is what I love about cooking in my own kitchen I can create an experiment things, not like to cook at work I have a rule to follow,and stick with their recipe,,,,so when I'm home,,,,I'm free and I can play with my cooking LoL by the way,leftover always give me some idea,about cooking so,,,this time I had four hard boil egg.
