Asparagus and mushrooms omelet

Simple and easy breakfast with fresh asparagus from a garden and baby bella mushrooms


Ingredients :
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon butter
- pinch of salt and black pepper
- 5 stalk asparagus / trim
- baby bella mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese

Direction :
Heat a teaspoon butter in  a small non stick skillet
Whisk egg add salt and pepper
pour egg mixture into skillet
add asparagus,mushrooms, spread egg mixture and cook evenly
add cheese on top until melted
ready to serve

  1. This dish can surely I can try. I will use the mushrooms I have and surprisingly I have everything else, also the cheese.

    Breakfast is too much of a rush for me and it will be during the weekend to be stuffed into bread slices. My other loves bread and such wonderfully egg fried with mushrooms.

Ingredients : yield 16-18 muffins - 2 stick unsalted butter softened - 1 cup sugar - 4 eggs - 1+1/2 cup self rising flour - 1+ 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut - 1/2 tsp pandan paste  Preparation : Preheat oven on 350 degree F beat butter and sugar until fluffy add egg one at a time add flour,coconut and pandan paste,just beat until all ingredients combine scoop in to muffin's cup,make about 18 -20 muffins ready to bake into the oven about 25 minutes or until insert tootpick come clean Add caption E N J O Y ,,,,

Risoles

Rissoles are Indonesian snack, called  risol  (pronounced 'riss-ol'). They are commonly filled with chicken, egg, carrot, common bean, potato, and eaten with  chilli sauce  ( wikipedia ) Can be cook plain without bread crumbs, If use bread crumbs you will need egg wash for glue Coated with bread crumbs Use mashed potato or substitute with flour to thickened chicken mixture.
