I need to use up the apple butter,so I re-create this Banana Nutella bundtcake in my previous post with apple butter,basically is the same recipe just re-place nutella with apple butter add different spices ingredients and swirl with orange frosting.
Ingredients :
- 2 stick unsalted butter/room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple butter
- 4 eggs/room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe banana/cut into slices
Dry ingredients
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- pinch of salt
( shift all ground ingredients together )
Condensed milk Orange Frosting
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp powder sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
( whisk all ingredients until well mixed )

preparation :
Preheat the oven on 350 F
spray bundtcake pan with baking spray
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
add eggs one at a time, add apple butter,vanilla and slice banana
add mixed dry ingredients,and continue to beat until well mixed
pour the batter into the bundtcake pan and bake for about 50 minutes to an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
cool completely and swirl with condensed milk orange frosting.
