Tempeh sliders

Vegetarian/vegan tempeh sliders is perfect dish for a party or potluck, It's simple and easy to make you can use any ground spices or fresh, *tip* for Vegan just replace the egg with  little bit of flour mix with water.









Ingredients :
- 2 block tempeh / 8 oz
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt or taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion

- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp chopped lemon grass/optional
- pinch  red pepper flakes/optional
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 egg
- Martin's potato rolls ( store bought )

for topping :
caramelized onion
- 2 sweet onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of sugar

 OR,simple avocado- naise

- 1  ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup Hellman's mayo



Preparation :
cut tempeh in cube, put in food processor add chopped green onion ,salt,pepper,paprika powder garlic powder ,red pepper flakes,egg and olive oil.
just chop about a minute or so until all ingredient are smooth and combine
and make about 20 tempeh sliders and set aside,,,,

meanwhile,heat 3 tbsp olive oil on medium high
slice 2 sweet onion add pinch of sugar,and cook for about 15-20 minutes or so stirring every few minutes and cook until looks golden brown and set aside,,,,,


avocado-naise
smash ripe avocado with fork until smooth and blend/mixed with mayonnaise until combine

Heat the flat grill pan,or skillet
cook tempeh sliders about 3 minutes each side until have grilled mark
ready to serve in martins small potato rolls,spread with avocado-naise  and top with caramelized onion.


Or you can bake at 350 F  about 4o-45 minutes

And  serve with side of Asian coleslaw

Coconut pandan Muffins

Hard boil egg meatloaf and my second Award

This maybe sound funny,boil egg in the meatloaf, but hey this is what I love about cooking in my own kitchen I can create an experiment things, not like to cook at work I have a rule to follow,and stick with their recipe,,,,so when I'm home,,,,I'm free and I can play with my cooking LoL by the way,leftover always give me some idea,about cooking so,,,this time I had four hard boil egg.
