Tempeh sliders

Last friday night was my very first experience of "deadly storms heat wave"  since I lived here in state of Virginia, the powerful winds knock out everything from the trees to the power outage spread in several different state, some areas are still living without power until today,I hope they got electricity back on soon!!

Because of the power outage, the weekend at work it's so crazy busy,I made 15 pounds of buttermilk pancakes for breakfast on saturday morning ,can you imagine how much pancakes I made :)

By the way I'm so ready for my Europe vacation "Paris-Amsterdam" in couple days,,,so it's gonna be awhile until the next post :)

15 pounds of pancakes!! That is some batch of flap jacks! I love the sound of that avocado-naise. It would be a great spread on a sandwich.
