Salmon is one of my favorite fish,easy to prepare and don't take much time to cook.
Ingredients :
- 2 of 6 oz salmon fillet
for marinate ;
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp peppercorn chili oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation :
cut a salmon fillet into 3 pieces
mix all marinate ingredients,whisk them well until combine
put salmon into zipper bag,pour the marinate sauce into salmon,spread into salmon evenly
marinated about 30 minutes- an hour
Preheat the grill pan,cook salmon about 5 minutes each side or until golden brown on the edge
ready to serve,with rice or couscous.
or you can serve as sandwiches with Asian coleslaw and avocado-naise =avocado,wasabi and mayonnaise mixed !!

What a coincident Rid, seems like we both love salmon and have posted the same one today. Looks very lovely esp with the sauce drizzled on top.
