This Asian coleslaw can be serve as side dish or add into sandwiches, it's slightly spicy.
Ingredients :
- 1/2 medium red cabbage
- 1 large carrot
- 2 stalk green onion
- handful cilantro
for the sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 lime zest,lime juice
- 1 teaspoon peppercorn chili oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pinch of red pepper flakes
Preparation :
Shred cabbage or cut thinly slice,peel carrot and grate fine with a peeler,cut green onion into thinly slice
and chop bunch of cilantro,mix them into mixing salad bowl,set aside
In a small bowl mix all the sauce ingredients,whisk until combine
pour the sauce into coleslaw mixed, stir and mix evenly.

embedded in Asian flavours and perfect as our kind of food. This coleslaw is different than the usual one I am aware of and looks so good. I will actually call this more of kerabu than coleslaw.

I had something similar to this at a party last year and loved it, but yours has lots of color to boot. This looks amazing!
