Mango pineapple salsa

it's a simple mango pineapple salsa,fresh, sweet and sour at the same time,,,dip with Chips or serve with taco's or nachos !!



Ingredients :

- 1  ripe mango /peel and dice
- 1/2 of fresh pineapples/ peel and dice
- 1/4 cup thinly slice red onion
- handful of cilantro/finely chop
- 1 lemon /zest and juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp honey

( in a  salad bowl,mix diced mango,pineapple,red onion and cilantro together,add lemon zest and lemon juice,salt and honey mix it until combine )

  6. Its simple but blooming with taste and flavours. Stop killing with more mango and pineapple recipes. I have a very high weakness for both these ingredients.

  7. I also make almost the same identical salsa when we have our mangos in season. We have a huge mango tree, but will have to wait until June or July!

roasted sweet potato and tomato soup

This roasted sweet potato and tomato soup can be prepare as dairy free soup, just skip the sour cream and replace with coconut milk. I like spicy on the soup so I add hot chili and roasted together with the rest ingredients, if you don't like spicy at all you can skip the chili as well or just add pinch of red pepper flakes Serve with fresh store bought french baguette or toast.
