Almond Pancakes with salted caramel cream sauce








This law carb pancakes made out of almond flour mixed with egg,almond milk and vegetable oil, serve with an experiment salted caramel cream sauce, can be serve with any pancake syrup you like or make simple sour cream maple sauce, if you get bored to use plain maple syrup for pancakes.

Ingredients : serve for 2=6 pancakes

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

for the sauce :
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 tsp salted caramel powder
( just fold them together until well mixed and ready to serve )

OR
Simple sour cream maple sauce
( 2 Tbsp sour cream mix with 2 Tbsp maple syrup )


Preparation:
Just combine all ingredients together until well mixed
on low heat and  non stick flat grill pan/ non stick skillet, cook like regular pancakes,watch closely until pancakes bubble or lightly golden brown and flip them.

  5. I've never seen almond flour in the supermarket here, but I guess regular flour will work as well. Different in taste, but similar in texture (I hope). The sauce just takes it over the top!
