- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
for the sauce :
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 tsp salted caramel powder
( just fold them together until well mixed and ready to serve )
OR
Simple sour cream maple sauce
( 2 Tbsp sour cream mix with 2 Tbsp maple syrup )
Preparation:
Just combine all ingredients together until well mixed
on low heat and non stick flat grill pan/ non stick skillet, cook like regular pancakes,watch closely until pancakes bubble or lightly golden brown and flip them.
Very nice and I seem to be discovering unique recipes from you now. Never I have heard of salted caramel cream sauce but sure it looks goods. Thumbs up for the creative idea Rid.

I've never seen almond flour in the supermarket here, but I guess regular flour will work as well. Different in taste, but similar in texture (I hope). The sauce just takes it over the top!
