Avocado Juice

when I was growing up in west java Indonesia, one of my favorite avocado mixed with palm sugar/brown sugar,it was a very simple way to have Avocado  dessert :)

It is very different how to prepare avocado in other countries, By the way after I try so many ethnic cuisines, I do like prepared avocado either way savory or sweet.

Ingredients :
- 3 medium size Avocado
- 1/4 cup  sweeted condensed milk
- 3 cup crushed Ice
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
( in the blender mix all ingredients together until combine )
Topping with whipped cream and sprinkles with coco ( optional )

  1. You know when I was at the supermarket today, I was pressing the avocados available to check whether the were ripe but none was. I wish I would have bought some for I could I tried this creative juice recipe. Just that I will replace the condensed milk with evaporated one because I am quite conscious on sugar intake. However, avocados make into juice are so healthy and yes, that pic of yours is so tempting.

  4. I'm a huge fan of avocado, but I most definitely use them for savory salad style dishes. However, if I can use tofu in a sweet dish - why not avocado? Thanks for the inspiration!
