Creamy corn and chicken soup


Creamy corn and chicken soup
serving 2-4
Ingredients:
4 fresh corn on the cab
1 cup cube cooked chicken breast/ 1 boneless cooked chicken breast
2 medium size potato
2 cube chicken bouillon no MSG or 4 cup chicken stock ( what you prefer )
4 cup water/no water if use chicken stock
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper ( black or white )
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
pinch of brown sugar
pinch of red pepper flake ( optional )
1/2-3/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation :
cut corn on the cob,peel potato and cut cube,cut cube cooked boneless chicken breast
drop all ingredients to the pan soup add water or chicken stock,and bring to boil on the stove
while cooking add the rest of ingredients spice except heavy cream
cook until soft,turn of the stove,,,,and ready to puree with hand blender or transfer to food processor
while you blend pour heavy cream and blended until combine or pureed.
serve with croutons/homemade croutons.

Nice outcome with the balance of chicken, what let food go to waste when it can be used for the lovely creamy corn soup.
