Green tea macarons

I'm glad I can share these green tea macarons with friends, I use sweet matcha green tea as ingredients  and filling with simple white chocolate ganache/spread. Ingredients : - 1 cup powdered sugar - 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon almond flour - 2 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder - 2 egg white room temperature - 5 tablespoon granulated sugar filling : - 4 ounces white chocolate morsel - 1/4 cup whipping cream - 1 tablespoon butter Preparations : - Line two cookies sheet with parchment paper combine powdered sugar,almond flour and  matcha powder in a food processor,pulse into fine powder sift mixture into medium bowl,discard large pieces - beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until foamy,beat with vanilla add granulated sugar,beating at high speed 2-3 minutes until mixture foam stiff,shiny peaks - add half of flour mixture to egg whites stir with spatula to combine ( about 12 strokes) repeat with remaining flour mixture make about 15 stroke

Tiramisu macarons

When I visit Paris,French last year I'm in love with this macarons at a first bite, I had these macarons cookies for dessert every night during I stayed there. I never find french macarons around here near where I lived, So I tried to make it but never work out, I try and try again, finally I'm so excited about this tiramisu macarons, it turn out well,it doesn't looks perfect,but taste delicious :) I have a first bite of macarons in this bakery, STOHRER I even have macarons on my lap while sitting in the park in downtown Paris. Salmon Curry with snow peas

Salmon is one of my favorite fish,I like to prepare salmon with any method/cooking technique from sear,grill,bake or fry. either way salmon don't take much time to cook. This time I try to cook in curry sauce, As a tip,if cook salmon with liquid, don't flip to much, just flip one time after salmon it's cooked  and don't stir on the simmering sauces either,  salmon is very soft after cooked. Fragrant rice with lemon grass and ginger

This Fragrant Rice recipe is similar with one of Indonesian Rice dishes we call it " Nasi uduk " Nasi uduk  is an  Indonesian  style  steamed   rice  cooked in  coconut milk  dish originally from  Jakarta , [1]  which can be widely found across the country. this recipe is vegetarian idea and gluten free. Nasi uduk literally means mixed rice in Indonesian. Dau Hu Cuon/Tofu springrolls with peanut sauce

You can prepare this tofu spring rolls with store bought fried tofu to make it more easier or grilled extra firm tofu and also you can use season fried bean curd ( normally use for Inarizushi ) just slice them and ready to use for any cold spring rolls. I made this cold tofu spring rolls so often, I brings to potluck or party, one of all my friends  favorite  especially my homemade peanut sauce to serve with this cold spring rolls. Rice noodles in peanut curry sauce

Stir fried rice noodles mixed with vegetables in peanut curry sauce, full with asian flavored, fresh ginger,sesame oil blended with creamy peanut butter soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, use any vegetables you like and top with fried egg if you like. kue lupis/glutinous rice cube with coco pandan syrup

Kue lupis is one of Indonesian dessert made from glutinous rice,Its been long time since I have this dessert last time,,,When I visit New york city about a month ago,I found this glutinous rice cube in "Top line" Asian market in Brooklyn,I bought one package,sixteen little package inside. If I have to make it this glutinous rice cube,It take several hours to make,honestly I never make it my self, I'm glad I found this Instant package,is ready to cook just follow the preparations on the package, the only thing I have to make is syrup/sauce for this dessert.
