Pandan coffee creamer
Ingredients
- Handful of Pandan leaves ( fresh or frozen)
- 4 cups half and half
- 1/4 granulated sugar
Wash pandan leaves and cut
Blender with half and half
Strain the juice using strainer or cheesecloth it’s better if you have it!
Add sugar, let simmer until all the sugar melted
Let them cool and transfer into a bottle/ jar,
keep in the fridge, use for hot or iced coffee
