Bisco-pone crispy rice balls

I call it  bisco-pone crispy rice balls, An experiment dessert made with biscoff,mascapone cheese and crispy rice cereal, is a small fudge balls,creamy and crunchy.
honestly, it all  gone after I take a picture it taste so creamy and crunchy :)




You can double up the recipe as much as you need.

Ingredients:

- 3 Tablespoon crunchy biscoff spread
- 3 Tablespoon mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal for coating

Direction:
In a medium bowl, mix biscoff and mascarpone cheese until combine, add 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
mix them well together, shape into a small bowl and roll / coat them with crispy rice cereal, and ready to serve.
