Mango poppy seeds vinaigrette

This is what I love about summer, the plants in our little garden is growing, we enjoyed our first harvest mixed lettuce from the garden, I like to make homemade salad dressing with mango, like this mango citrus salad dressing. This time I made mango poppy seeds vinaigrette.









Ingredients :
- 1 mango puree
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey ginger
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds


Directions:
peel mango,puree in blender with garlic
transfer into mixing bowl
add,the rest ingredients and whisk until dissolved and combine
ready to serve on mixed green salad with any fruits you like.

  1. Must try, simple and its really perfect as a dressing for any kind of salad. Even a few slices of cucumber will be great.

    Sometimes I ran out idea on the type of dressing or salad sauce and this came right on time.

Ingredients : yield 16-18 muffins - 2 stick unsalted butter softened - 1 cup sugar - 4 eggs - 1+1/2 cup self rising flour - 1+ 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut - 1/2 tsp pandan paste  Preparation : Preheat oven on 350 degree F beat butter and sugar until fluffy add egg one at a time add flour,coconut and pandan paste,just beat until all ingredients combine scoop in to muffin's cup,make about 18 -20 muffins ready to bake into the oven about 25 minutes or until insert tootpick come clean Add caption E N J O Y ,,,,
