Orange Cake

First of all  I would like to say Thank you so much to Mrs,Mitchell to Share this Yummy orange cake with us,this is one of all your delicious dessert that you share with us almost every week,I appreciated, And thank you for emailed me this orange cake recipe too,so I can share it.
how not to love about this Yummy moist orange cake,because I'm a big fan of oranges :)



Ingredients ;
Cake:
1 Pkg. orange supreme cake mix
1 pkg.(3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup orange soda
1/4 cup vegetable  oil

Glaze:
1 cup whipped cream cheese icing or vanilla frosting
1 tsp. orange extract


Instructions:
heat oven to 325F


Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl.  Beat with electric mixer 3 min.  Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake 38 to 40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.  Cool in  pan 15 min. Invert onto wire rack. Cool before frosting.

For Glaze:   Microwave icing and extract  11 seconds.  stir until smooth.  Drizzle over cooled cake.

  6. this looks like such a yummy cake= love the color and flavor. I thought this might be like the orange cake just shared at my cooking club recently, but that was made with canned mandarin oranges. This recipe is a nice version, also!

roasted sweet potato and tomato soup

This roasted sweet potato and tomato soup can be prepare as dairy free soup, just skip the sour cream and replace with coconut milk. I like spicy on the soup so I add hot chili and roasted together with the rest ingredients, if you don't like spicy at all you can skip the chili as well or just add pinch of red pepper flakes Serve with fresh store bought french baguette or toast.
