Roasted potatoes and leeks

I served this roasted potatoes and leeks with Baked citrus chicken, the herbs and citrus so flavorful together and thinly slice leeks is taste perfect with the fingerling potatoes.

 Ingredients :
- 2 lbs fingerling potatoes
- 1 stalk large leek
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- pinch of sugar

Preparation :
preheat oven on 370 F
Wash potatoes and leek and cut leek into thinly slice round
sprinkles with olive oil and season with rosemary,paprika,salt,pepper and red pepper flakes and pinch of sugar
mix them well,,,,and ready to the oven,cook about 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are soft and leeks is caramelized,,,,
I serve with baked Citrus chicken breast ( recipe in the link above )
