Potato and Zucchini Gratin

It's my first time to try to make this Potato and zucchini Gratin,and I definitely will make it again



 Ingredients :
- 3 large potato
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/4 fresh nutmeg/grated or 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Florentine spice blend
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 Preparation :

preheat oven on 375 F
grease the  glass casserole bakeware with tablespoon of butter

slice potato and zucchini with medallion slicer

arrange or layer slice potato and zucchini on the greased casserole pan, and season with salt and black pepper,set aside,,,,

meanwhile,,,
Heat light cream and milk on the sauce pan add garlic chopped or grated,nutmeg,pinch of salt and pepper,until about boiling,remove the sauce pan
pour into potato zucchini layer on the casserole bakeware
sprinkle with a teaspoon of Florentine spice blend and topping with Parmesan cheese
into the oven,bake on 375 F for 45 minutes,,,
Ready to serve,,,

  1. I have made gratin before but not with zucchini before but they should looks good and worth giving a try too.

    The zucchini seems to complement and works with potatoes and the rest of the ingredients.

  7. I have never made gratin like this but I really, really can't wait to try this! I'm a big potato fan and this cooking method is really cool with sliced potatoes and zucchini! This is something I will truly enjoy... yummy!

To all my foodie friends, Thank you all so much for your support,comments and shared the foods recipes with me,it's been amazing year to know all of you and your creativity from your kitchen to the blogger world,it's been Fun :) and I know it takes a lot of time to do that,so I appreciated.
