If you have a very ripe banana need to use up soon ,this recipe will be great,I like the way it turn out,it's really good combination and there is no butter in this cookies.
Ingredients:
- 2 very ripe bananas/plantain
- 1 cup nutella ( chocolatte hazelnut spread )
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup granolla cereal
- 1/2 cup oat meal
Nutella Glaze
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon Nutella
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon Nutella
Direction:
In a medium bowl, cream together mashed banana, Nutella, brown sugars, and eggs until smooth and fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder,and salt. Add to banana mixture until just blended, then stir in granola and oatmeal. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop spoonfuls cookie dough into an cookie sheet on parchment pepper

Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on pan 5 minutes before moving to wire racks.
Stir together powdered sugar and water in small bowl, stir in Nutella until smooth. Using a dinner fork, drizzle glaze over cookies. Cool cookies completely to allow glaze to set before storing in airtight containers.
Congrats on the blog award Rid. I am all in for bananas so its just natural I will love this cake except that maybe a little of the nutela.
