Seafood stuffing & Happy thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone,
I hope you all had a great holiday with family and friends with a good meals,either homemade meals or restaurants meal,its doesn't matter,just Be thankful for what you have and everything in your life !!

Ingredients :
4 cups croutons/store bought or homemade
2 cup small/ cooked salad shrimp
1 cup crab meat
1 Small  onion
1  carrot
3 stalk celery
2 clove garlic
4 unsalted butter tbs butter
2 cup chicken stock
1 tbs rosemary garlic blend
1 tsp
1 tss pepper
1 tsp red pepper flake ( optional )

Homemade spicy crouton ( rosemary garlic and red pepper flake )
Preparations :
Dice onion,garlic,carrot,and celery set aside
heat butter on deep skillet on medium high
fry garlic and onion
add carrot and celery until cook
add shrimp and crab meat/ imitation crab meat
add chicken stock/ estimates you can add more if too dry
cook until hot/boiling
add croutons,cook another few minutes,stir until combine
ready to serve,,,,

    That stuffing you made is very nice as I have not tasted one with croutons and seafood.
