Pita arugula pizza

I'm about cleaning the fridge and the freezer this week,I want to use old stuff before too long,,,
sometime the way I shop grocery's is not organize,I mean,,,I always got something that actually I don't need it at the time just stock in the Pantry,fridge or freezer.,,,
so I will change little bit,I have an idea not to have big shopping cart when I'm at the grocery store,,,,maybe just use the small one or a basket,,,LoL,,
By the way,,, I read on the TV screen yesterday morning,when I was at the gym, I don't pay attention what is about,,,I think someone was talking about a book,one of them is about  to do shopping, so this give me an idea,,how to do  grocery's shopping :)
I found two pitta bread ,,, I use them as a pizza crusts !! is very simple pizza,two pita bread is perfect is only two of us at home anyway :)
Pita arugula pizza
Ingredients:
2 pita bread
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 tbs tomato basil marinara sauce
2 cup baby arugula
Parmesan cheese for topping

Preparation:

Preheat oven 350 degree F
spread 3 tbs  marinara sauce on each pita bread
layer with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on each
ready to the oven,bake for about 12 minutes
or until cheese are melted and the crust are brown on the edge
topping with baby arugula and sprinkles with Parmesan cheese
serve immediately

  2. I love using pita bread for pizzas too! They are so easy to use and I like how they crisp up in the oven. Your pizza looks so good, I love the arugula on top! So much healthier than what you get from pizza places!

roasted sweet potato and tomato soup

This roasted sweet potato and tomato soup can be prepare as dairy free soup, just skip the sour cream and replace with coconut milk. I like spicy on the soup so I add hot chili and roasted together with the rest ingredients, if you don't like spicy at all you can skip the chili as well or just add pinch of red pepper flakes Serve with fresh store bought french baguette or toast. jackfruit and tofu curry

Most Asian people know about jackfruit, If its unripe the color is green can be use for vegetables and if ripe the color is yellow can be consumed as a fruit or to add flavor to a variety of dessert. This time I use canned green jackfruit/unripe to make a vegan curry with tofu cooked in coconut milk with curry seasoning to serves with steamed white rice.
