1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar + 3 tbs

- Preparation:
shredded green papaya and chopp pineapple really fine, and marinate with 3 tbs sugar for an hour or so,,,
pre heat oven on 325 degree F
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, clove powder and salt. Set aside.
In a mixer bowl, whisk together sugar and oil until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla, mix well.add green papaya and pineapple mixture
Add in flour mixture. Beat until well combined
on the cupcake/muffin molds, line large baking cup
and spoon cupcakes batter into mold/cups,fill only about 1/2-3/4,not too full
so when the batter rise you don't have to worry about overflow ( just my experience things )

What a unique cupcake!
ReplyDeleteI have never ever seen a cupcake with green papaya in it and I am happy it works for you. But I think I prefer the green papaya salad instead. Green papayas are really expensive here and if I ever get one I want to make your salad!
