If you are a fan of tofu, I had a tip how to cook crunchy but soft in the inside, tofu need to be in the freezer before you cook, thawed, after soft squiz it little bit to take the water out of it, slice it then deep fried until golden brown, can be use for this salad recipe.
Otherwise if don't like deep fry, fry tofu with a little bit vegetable oil until both side lightly or golden brown.
- 1 extra firm tofu /
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
( cut tofu in cube/slice and fry both side until golden brown )
- Mixed green salad
or romaine lettuce,cucumber,tomatoes,and sliced red onion
peanut dressing sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbs psoy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon honey or sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon any hot sauce as optional
1/2 cup grounded unsalted peanut
( whisk all the sauce ingredients until combine and pour into a salad )
