Pandan coconut french toast




The cream mixture for the french toast are dairy free, made out coconut milk,egg and pandan paste, mix well together and I drizzle with store-bought  salted caramel or you can serve with regular pancake syrup as dairy free







Pandan french toast
Ingredients :
4 sliced bread
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 drop pandan paste
store bought salted caramel sauce

preparation:
Preheat flat pan on medium high 
whisk egg,coconut milk and pandan paste really well
cut a slice bread in half and dip a slice bread to the coconut egg mixture 
grilled about 2 minutes each side
and ready to served with  pancake syrup for diry free or salted caramel sauce and dusted with powder sugar if you like.
