Banana and chocolate sprinkles browny bread






This is what I love about created the recipe, After all is done it's  time to tasted, taste good but I wasn't sure this is a bread or browny?  So,I name it  browny-bread, who care right :)

Why the browny bread ? Because after I tasted it the consistency in this bread taste  between banana bread and browny, the crunchiness on the edge it looks and taste like browny which I like but the middle part is moist and taste like banana bread mixed with chocolate, the chocolate sprinkles it turn out adding a texture and nice color to this browny bread.



Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 stick unsalted butter ( room temperature ) plus extra for greasing
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup chocolate sprinkles
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F/180 C, grease an 9x9 square pan ( I didn't use liner )
Stir together the flour and baking powder in large bowl
stir in sugar and chocolate sprinkles
Beat together butter,eggs,mashed banana,mayonnaise and vanilla extract in large bowl
Stir into the dry ingredients,mixing until evenly combined
Spoon into the prepared pan
bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes- an hour or until risen,firm and golden brown
cool in the pan, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely

Lovely and I see you added mayonnaise. Never baked anything with it and you sure know what you're doing in baking.

Sad day for me today Man. Don't know how I'm gonna work tomorrow. Just lost.

I love that you added mayo into this recipe. I have always wanted to do that in a baked cake. I love every part of this delicious banana and chocolate brownie bread. :)

I've never heard of brownie-bread, a first for me. I absolutely adore it, texture and flavor is totally mouthwatering delicious!
